If Russia Escalates Tensions, Response Will Be 'Swift and Firm': Nuland
Washington is hopeful that Russia will return to negotiations after reviewing the written response from the United States, stated Victoria Nuland, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Political Affairs, according to TASS.
The Assistant Secretary added that the United States is unified with its allies in stating that if Russia escalates tensions, the response will be 'swift and firm.'
