I Received Terrible News in the Morning: Vladimir Zelensky

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, commenting on the shooting executed by conscript Artyom Ryabchuk, which resulted in the deaths of 5 people and injuries to another 5, stated: "I received terrible news from Dnipro this morning. I demand personnel conclusions and an analysis of the motives behind the crime. Any assistance that is necessary for the relatives of the victims must be provided immediately."

Zelensky also urged law enforcement to inform the public about all circumstances surrounding the crime.
