Chief of the General Staff Accused of Severe Crime Continues to Serve, Says Ghazinyan

RA National Assembly’s Armenia faction MP Arthur Ghazinyan's post states: “Armenia is probably the first and only country in the world where the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces is accused of a particularly serious crime and has been leading the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia as a defendant for the past two months.

According to Article 14.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia ensure the defense, security, territorial integrity, and inviolability of the borders of the Republic of Armenia.

And in this disgraceful situation, tomorrow we will mark the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army. As they say, let’s dismantle it, dismantle it to the end...”
