Former representative for special assignments of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Boris Avagyan, has been in one of Moscow's correctional facilities for a month. This information was reported by the newspaper "Hraparak".

The newspaper managed to establish contact with Avagyan through his wife, Elena Avagyan, to clarify what he is being accused of. According to the publication, Avagyan made a scandalous statement related to the head of the customs service, Shushan Nersisyan, and has promised to make new revelations in the near future.

"Hraparak" promises to publish his scandalous statement tomorrow. It is worth noting that in mid-December, footage emerged online showing Avagyan being detained in Russia.
