Experience has shown that decisions in Armenia are often made hastily, without proper evaluation of the adversary's threats and challenges, as well as our capabilities. This was stated by Seyran Ohanyan, the leader of the Armenia faction, during a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly. He added, 'No decision made on the fly can ever reach its destination, because there is no real assessment of the situation.'

Ohanyan emphasized that the government's attempts have placed Armenia in a precarious situation. He also referred to the package of proposals sent to Baku regarding border demarcation and delimitation.
