Police Patrols Should Enter Yards, Says Pashinyan

“They are already entering yards, but now the next phase is also being planned. You know that there is a huge problem with residential burglary. Furthermore, the detection rates here are exceptionally low. We seem to have a faint feeling that with certain minor reforms in the patrol police service, we can activate a mechanism for the prevention of residential burglaries. There are already specific ideas,” said Pashinyan, declining to disclose further details.
