Russia Responds to the Created Difficult Situation: Tigran Abrahamyan
Member of the National Assembly's "I Have Honor" faction Tigran Abrahamyan writes: "The permanent representative of Russia to the OSCE, Lukashevich, has effectively responded to the recent statements of the President of Azerbaijan directed against the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. Aliyev stated that the co-chairs have no more role to play, as the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh is resolved. The Russian diplomat noted that his country is concerned about the fact that the co-chairs have been unable to visit Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to Lukashevich, the co-chairs have not yet succeeded in visiting Nagorno-Karabakh, familiarizing themselves with the current situation, and outlining specific steps for addressing existing problems. In the absence of a response from Armenia to Aliyev's dangerous statements, it is Russia that is addressing the created difficult situation.
At this moment, the only thing that interests the Armenian authorities is how to open borders urgently and warm relations with the neighboring tyrants—Turkey and Azerbaijan."
