Insurance Company Claims Death Due to Experimental Vaccine: Lawyer's Insights
The coronavirus is still young, let alone the vaccines. This was stated by Ara Zohrapyan, head of the "Free Will" initiative and organizer of a rally, during an emergency gathering in front of the Ministry of Health.
The lawyer pointed out that it is not coincidental that the vaccines are in the trial phase. Initially, the substance is tested on animals, followed by small groups of humans, and then larger groups, with problems being recorded periodically. Zohrapyan declared that they are not against vaccines, but demand that people are provided with objective information so that individuals can decide for themselves whether to get vaccinated or not.
The lawyer also cited a piece of information, whose official source he could not identify, but it raises cause for concern. "In France, an insurance company refused to pay the life insurance of a vaccinated citizen who died from complications related to COVID, claiming it was their risk as they died from an experimental vaccine, and the beneficiaries will not receive compensation. They went to court and also lost there," he stated.
In Zohrapyan's opinion, these stories make sense from a legal perspective. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia has also stated that it is the citizens' will to get vaccinated.
"Moreover, the manufacturers are securing themselves in various ways that the vaccine may cause side effects, but the ministry reports that it 100% prevents predominantly severe cases, heavy cases, and deaths," the lawyer added.
