Activities of a Concealed Financial Pyramid Uncovered in Armenia

Recently, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia issued a statement regarding a company named "Onyxum," indicating that the company's activities exhibit characteristics of a financial pyramid. As a result, based on a combination of sufficient evidence obtained in the criminal case, charges have been brought against 11 members who created and coordinated the financial pyramid operating under the name "Onyxum."

In connection with this publication, we inform that on behalf of the company "Onyxum," various media outlets have reported, and the Investigative Committee, considering the interests of the case, is currently refraining from providing further information and engaging in public debate. It is noted that actions taken within the framework of the criminal proceedings, in case of disagreement, can only be appealed through criminal procedural channels.

The Committee will provide an official publication regarding the further developments of the criminal case.
