Levon Ter-Petrosyan on Armenia's Domestic Political Situation

The First President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, responded to ilur.am's question about the domestic political situation in Armenia:

1. The Pashinyan administration, regardless of means, is striving to maintain power at all costs.
2. The opposition led by Kocharyan and Sargsyan, despite internal conflicts, is also striving to seize power at all costs, disregarding means.
3. As a result, there is a complete absence of an understanding of state interests in all three camps, the inevitable consequence of which is the emergence of new disasters threatening our nation.
4. The search for a way out is solely the responsibility of the conflicting parties and intellectuals.
5. The remaining layers of society currently have no mechanisms to influence the situation. The active players in the political and media fields almost entirely serve the interests of the aforementioned three camps.
