Two Armenian Citizens Die in Elevator Fall at Moscow Hotel
Two Armenian citizens have died following an elevator fall at the "President Hotel" located in central Moscow, according to RIA Novosti. The victims were workers engaged in the renovation of the elevator, which is intended for hotel staff.
An investigation is underway.
The deceased have been identified as 32-year-old Hayk Ghazaryan and 31-year-old Artak Bezoian.
Earlier reports indicated that the elevator fell from the seventh floor of the hotel located on Bolshaya Yakimanka Street. It has been reported that one of the victims was inside the elevator at the time, while the other was caught between the cabin and the wall. It is known that renovations were taking place in the hotel building.
