Citizen Lost and Found Near Azerbaijani Forces: New Details

This afternoon at 3:30 PM, the National Security Service of Artsakh reported the disappearance of Andranik Hrant Aleksanyan, a 1953-born resident of Berdzor. It has been revealed that this citizen got lost around 3:00 PM and ended up in an area controlled by the Azerbaijani armed forces and was subsequently detained by them. The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers, who confirmed and assured the safety of our citizen. Currently, negotiations are underway to return the Artsakh citizen to the Armenian side.
