Fight Involving Minors Occurs Near Kajaran Cemetery

The police department of Kapan is preparing materials regarding a fight involving minors in the city of Kajaran. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, information was received at the police department of Kapan that near the cemetery in Kajaran, local residents 16-year-old Aram Kh., 17-year-old Haik N., 15-year-old Armen M., and 17-year-old Hrachya S. had a dispute with 15-year-old Hmayak G. from Kajaran, during which they assaulted him, causing bodily harm.

According to G. Shamshyan, when the minor affairs and community police departments of the Kapan police visited the victim's home based on the received operational data, the assaulted boy's mother reported that she had not approached the police previously because she had been occupied with her son's recovery. Those involved in the assault were summoned to the Kapan police station with their parents and were subsequently released.
