Russian Forces Encircle Ukraine from Three Sides, The New York Times
The New York Times has published an interactive map showing the approximate deployment of Russian military personnel and equipment near Ukraine's borders. Previously, Ukrainian and foreign officials had stated that there are about 100,000 military personnel near the Ukrainian border. U.S. intelligence has calculated that Russia has developed a plan for an offensive involving up to 175,000 soldiers.
