Video: Footage of Armed Group's Arrest Released

In Almaty, two armed groups have been arrested. During a special operation, five men were found in an apartment in the Medeu district with a "Saiga" hunting rifle. They were taken into custody as a result of this operation. In addition to the carbine, law enforcement officials discovered cartridges, metal and rubber batons, ten liters of gasoline, and numerous jewelry items.

Another two men were apprehended on the street. The police had blocked a BMW vehicle at the intersection of Al-Farabi and Malaya Zheltoksan. They were found in possession of a pistol and a knife.
