Tokayev to Present Kazakhstan's New Prime Minister Candidate on January 11

Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will present the candidate for the new head of government on January 11, reports Sputnik Armenia.

Two days ago, Tokayev dismissed the government and took over the republic's Security Council, removing the first president of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, from office.

"Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will present Kazakhstan's new prime minister candidate on January 11," the statement said.
