75 Aircraft Transporting CSTO Peacekeepers to Kazakhstan

The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is transporting a total of 75 aircraft, including 70 Il-76 and five An-124 planes, to Kazakhstan for peacekeeping operations.

These aircraft are operating around the clock to facilitate the transfer of peacekeepers. This was announced by Major General Igor Konashenkov, spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Defense. It was previously reported that the peacekeepers have taken control of the Almaty airport.
