Our First Client in the 'Prisoners' Case, Robert Nalbandyan, Returned to Freedom Today: Ruben Melikyan

Our first client in the 'prisoners' case, Robert Nalbandyan, returned to freedom today. This was announced on his Facebook page by human rights defender and former Ombudsman of Artsakh Ruben Melikyan.

Robert Nalbandyan had been in detention for 52 days, first in an Azerbaijani prison, then in a Armenian one. Now, Robert will return to his three minor children and try to recover from the injuries he sustained in Azerbaijan.

P.S. My colleagues Siranush Sahakyan and Davit Avagyan were supposed to be with me. However, at the same time, they were in the court of appeals trying to justify the necessity of returning our other client, Serzhik Amirkhanyan, to freedom.
