They Have Not Asked for Assistance from Russia: Peskov's Response to Events in Kazakhstan

The spokesman for the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, spoke with RIA Novosti about the possibility of providing assistance from Russia to Kazakhstan. “We are confident that our Kazakh friends can resolve their internal issues on their own. It is important that no one from the outside interferes,” he said.

Peskov also noted that Kazakhstan has not requested assistance from Russia up to this point.
