Fire Erupts at 'Flash' Gas Station
Today, on January 5th, a fire broke out in the Gegharkunik region. At around 15:50, a report was received by the 911 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that a gas station was on fire in the administrative area of Chkalovka village along the Sevan-Martuni-Gegharak road.
According to shamshyan.com, two firefighting units from the Sevan Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived promptly. A patrol group from the Sevan Police Department also arrived quickly, led by the day’s responsible officer. Fortunately, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties reported.
