Collision Between Ford Focus and Toyota Vitz in Yerevan

As previously reported, a car accident occurred today, January 4, in Yerevan. Around 19:00, two vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection of Komitas Avenue and Vratakan Street, driven by 20-year-old Edwin M. and 33-year-old Vardan H., both residents of Yerevan.

According to shamshyan.com from the scene, fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the accident. The Ford Focus was pushed off the road, crashed into the traffic light regulating the intersection, knocked it down, and ended partially in the grass area.

Responding promptly to the scene were Senior Patrol Officer Artak Manukyan and Junior Patrol Officer Arthur Tevosyan from the first battalion of the Yerevan Patrol Service of the RA Police. The drivers underwent sobriety tests at the scene and were found to be sober. Materials are being prepared by A. Manukyan regarding the incident.
