Biden Prepares to Deliver Important Warnings to Putin

U.S. President Joe Biden is scheduled to have a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin at 23:30 Moscow time, according to reports from the White House.

According to the Washington Post, Biden plans to inform Putin that while the U.S. is ready to engage diplomatically, it is also prepared to respond to any further "incursions" with economic sanctions, increase NATO’s presence, and assist Ukraine in its self-defense efforts. Earlier, the White House had indicated that Biden would tell Putin tomorrow that there are diplomatic opportunities for de-escalation surrounding Ukraine, should Russia be interested.
