Artak Tonoyan Dismissed from the Position of Peacekeeping Forces Brigade Commander

The President of Armenia has dismissed Artak Tonoyan from the position of Peacekeeping Forces Brigade Commander.

"Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 40, Part 1, Clause 1 of the law on 'Military Service and Status of Servicemen', Artak Tonoyan is relieved of his duties as the commander of the Peacekeeping Forces Brigade," states the presidential decree.
