Arsen Mangasaryan Appointed Commander of Peacekeeping Forces Brigade

According to a decree by the President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, Arsen Mangasaryan has been appointed as the commander of the Peacekeeping Forces Brigade.

"Based on the Prime Minister's recommendation and in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 35.1, Part 1, and Article 36, Part 1, subparagraph 1 of the law on 'Military Service and Status of Servicemen,' Arsen Mangasaryan is appointed as the commander of the Peacekeeping Forces Brigade," states the president's decree.
