Alen Simonian Visits Armenia's Northeastern Border Area

The President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonian, has visited the northeastern border zone of Armenia in anticipation of the New Year and Christmas holidays. This information was reported by the press service of the National Assembly.

During his visit to the front line, accompanied by the commander of the military unit, the National Assembly President toured the combat positions. Simonian also participated in the inauguration ceremony of one of the newly constructed positions.

The head of the parliament conversed with the command staff and soldiers, getting acquainted with their needs. Alen Simonian congratulated the servicemen on the upcoming New Year and Christmas, wishing them peace and a fruitful service.
