Major Car Accident in Shirak Region: One of the Three Injured is a Minor
On December 28, a major car accident occurred in the Shirak region. Around 7:30 PM, 54-year-old Karen Akhoyan, a resident of Yerevan, collided with concrete barriers while driving his Mercedes on the 100th km of the Yerevan–Gyumri highway, resulting in the car veering off the roadway.
According to reports from shamshyan.com, K. Akhoyan and his passengers—50-year-old K. Gevorgyan, also from Yerevan, and 10-year-old D. Sarukhanyan, a citizen of Russia—were transported to the Gyumri Medical Center with bodily injuries. According to sources, driver K. Akhoyan works as an insolvency administrator at the Ministry of Justice of Armenia. Following the investigator's instructions, the vehicle has been moved to the special storage area of the Artik police department.
