VIDEO: Shooting at a Shopping Center in Moscow

The Russian Prosecutor's Office has released footage of a shooting that occurred near the "Prince Plaza" shopping center in southwestern Moscow.

The shooting took place at the "Prince Plaza" shopping center, where three unidentified individuals opened fire with non-lethal weapons at a man with whom they had had a conflict. The victim is currently hospitalized, while the three accused individuals have fled the scene.
