55-Year-Old Man Suspected of Sexual Acts Against 8-Year-Old Girl

Investigation materials are being prepared in the Masis division of police following a report made to the Masis police department by a resident of one of the villages in the Ararat region a few days ago.

On that day, a 31-year-old woman reported that her neighbor had called her 8-year-old daughter to his home this summer and committed sexual offenses against her, after which the child is currently in a severe psychological state.

According to shamshyan.com, officers from the Ararat regional police department, led by Chief Saribek Rustamyan and Chief of Masis police division Vahagn Grigoryan, found out that the 8-year-old girl from the Ararat region told her mother that during the summer months, their neighbor took her to his home, where he undressed her, showed her his sexual organ, and suggested that she touch it, which reportedly happened several times.

Ararat police discovered the 55-year-old suspect near the "Dalma Garden Mall" in Yerevan, who was then taken to the Masis police division. According to reports, he confessed to his actions and was subsequently arrested.
