Major Fire Breaks Out on the 9th Floor of a Building in Yerevan, Five Firefighting Units Deployed

On December 27, at 06:12, the Crisis Management National Center received a report about a fire that had erupted in one of the apartments on the 9th floor of a building on Erebuni Street in Yerevan.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported that two firefighting units, one aerial ladder, and a duty group from the Department of Firefighting and Rescue Operations have been dispatched to the scene. A fire complexity level of "1 BIS" was declared, prompting the dispatch of three more firefighting units from the Yerevan City Rescue Department.

The fire was contained by 07:22 and extinguished by 07:40.
