Three Electricity Distribution Stations in Artsakh 'Have Disappeared' After the Signing of the Capitulation Document

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that David Galstyan, the head of the opposition "Justice" faction in Artsakh, has drawn the attention of law enforcement to the fact that after the signing of the capitulation document last year, three electricity distribution stations in Artsakh have 'disappeared' until November 25. The stations in question are located in the regions of Berdzor, Aghavno, and Dadivank.

He believes that this disappearance is linked to the recent power outages in Artsakh. Recently, he visited the Prosecutor’s Office to inquire whether they are investigating this large-scale theft. He was told that there is no official statement on this matter, and they cannot initiate a case or address the issue.

“Now I am declaring this and urging the Prosecutor’s Office to pay attention to it,” Galstyan said in an interview with us.

According to him, there are rumors that these stations have been transported to Armenia and then to Georgia. “At least one of them could have been moved to Stepanakert so that the residents of Artsakh would not face such problems today. When our faction says that theft is taking place, this is exactly what is being referred to. Instead of focusing on the urgent task of removing tens of millions worth of cultural heritage from Shushi and other places, they are occupied with other issues,” the parliamentarian concludes.
