Putin Sends Message to Aliyev
Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In the message, the Russian President expressed appreciation for the friendly relations and stated that he would be happy to continue the constructive and meaningful dialogue aimed at developing Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
Putin wished Aliyev good health and success.
