New Minister's Mother-in-Law Also Rejected the CPP: 'Hraparak'

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', 'In the December 5 local government elections in the consolidated community of Nairi, Norair Sargsyan, who has been the mayor of Eghvard for 22 years, also ran. He was nominated on the list of the newly appointed Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan's mother-in-law, Lyudmila Sargsyan, from the Reformed Social-Democratic Hunchakian Party. 43.81% of the voters cast their votes for Norair Sargsyan, while 28.63% voted for the CPP, the Republic Party received 10.21%, 'My Powerful Community' got 7.67%, and the ARF received 4.52%.
