Flyone Armenia Applies for Permission to Operate Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan Flights

The company "FLYONE ARMENIA" has applied to the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia for permission to conduct charter flights on the Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan route, stated Aram Ananyan, the chairman of the airline, in an interview with Aysor.am. Earlier, the company had submitted the same application to the Turkish aviation authorities.

Aram Ananyan also noted that the company would provide information about the launch dates and other details separately.

Regarding whether "FLYONE ARMENIA" has received tax or other benefits, he clarified that no such privileges have been granted.

Lilit Aghabekyan, the press assistant to the head of the Civil Aviation Committee, previously stated that neither Armenian nor Turkish airlines had received applications for conducting Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan flights.

Turkish media had earlier reported that the Yerevan-Istanbul flights would be operated by "FLYONE ARMENIA," which is owned by Khachatur Sukiasyan, a member of the Armenian National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" group and a well-known businessman.
