Why the Deputy Minister Was Dismissed: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports: 'The reason for the dismissal of Suren Grigoryan from the position of Deputy Minister of Justice on December 20 was the irreconcilable relations with Karen Andreasyan, according to our sources in the ministry. Minister Andreasyan, who granted himself extensive powers, has faced issues with the staff since the day he stepped into the ministry. He sees the role of the minister as naming the work of all officials and has announced that he will assemble his team based on his own criteria. He frequently criticizes subordinates and points out shortcomings. Grigoryan lost his patience and submitted his resignation. Our sources say that he will not be unemployed, as he has a close relationship with Deputy Prosecutor General Serbuhie Galyan, who oversees the area of confiscation of property of illegal origin, so it is likely that he will soon have a job in that sector.'
