Suicide Attempt in Yerevan

Today, December 23, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 15:00, officers from the first platoon of the third battalion of the Yerevan police's patrol service, Ohann Harutyunyan, Albert Petrosyan, Artur Mkhoyan, and Arkadi Grigoryan, were on duty when several citizens approached them to report that a person had crossed the dangerous edge of the "Victory" Bridge and was threatening to commit suicide.

The officers approached the location and engaged in negotiations with the individual to prevent them from taking this extreme step. The police are currently ascertaining the identity of the individual.
