Accident on Artashat-Dalar Highway: Injuries Reported Due to Car Collision

On December 23, at 20:45, the Ararat regional crisis management center received a report that an accident had occurred near a church in Artashat, resulting in injuries.

A firefighting-rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue administration was dispatched to the scene. It was found that vehicles involved in the collision were an "Opel Astra G" (driver: H.V., born in 1988) and a "BMW" (driver: V.S., born in 1988). One passenger of the "Opel Astra G," A.V. (born in 1984), was trapped in the vehicle.

Before rescuers could arrive, the driver of the "Opel Astra G" and passengers A.D. (born in 1995) and L.A. (born in 1985) were transported to Artashat Medical Center.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicles' batteries, closed the valves of the gas cylinders, and extricated A.V., who was also hospitalized at Artashat Medical Center. Doctors assessed the condition of all the injured as stable.
