Russia Will Not Allow NATO Infrastructure in Ukraine and Georgia: Konstantin Gavrilov
In the Vienna negotiations, the head of the Russian delegation on military security, Konstantin Gavrilov, stated that Russia will not allow NATO infrastructure to be deployed in Ukraine and Georgia.
It is worth noting that on December 17, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs published draft agreements on security guarantees with the United States and NATO.
The documents state that NATO must exclude Ukraine and other former Soviet countries from joining the alliance, and the USA cannot deploy military bases in the post-Soviet space.
