A Great Celebration Held: The Government Elite at the Wedding of the Prime Minister's Godfather's Son
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that on Saturday, December 18, the entire government elite attended a wedding celebration. Earlier, we wrote that the son of Vahe Ghalumyan, the chairman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environmental Protection, was getting married.
The deputy from the ruling party had invited all members of the ruling faction along with their supporters to the wedding. Also present were members of the executive branch, led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The large turnout at the wedding ceremony was partly attributed to the fact that the invited guests, most of whom were representatives of the government, knew that Nikol Pashinyan, who besides being longtime friends with Ghalumyan, shares godfather-godson relations, would also be present. Therefore, they did not want to be "absent." The celebration took place in a joyful and quite active atmosphere. The attendees had a great "kef" (celebration)," said a source.
Pashinyan and his teammates made sure to toast each other at the feast, praise one another, and swear that they would not forgive anyone who betrayed the Political Party and team.
