Putin Honors Armenian Ambassador Vardan Toghanyan in Russia

The Ambassador of Armenia to Russia, Vardan Toghanyan, has been awarded the Order of Friendship. This is stated in the relevant decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“For his significant contribution to the strengthening of Armenian-Russian allied relations, Vardan Sureni Toghanyan, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation, has been awarded the Order of Friendship,” the released statement indicates.
