Manhole Covers Stolen: Police Solve the Case

On December 17, the Martuni police received a report that manhole covers had been stolen from Getapnya Street. This was announced by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

Officers who arrived at the scene established that between 19:30 on December 16 and 08:00 on December 17, 7 manhole covers were stolen from Getapnya 1st Street in the Martuni community. Criminal investigators from Martuni, acting on operational data, apprehended two 17-year-old minors in a VW Opel vehicle on December 17. They confessed that they had stolen 9 manhole covers from the sewage pits on Getapnya 1st Street on December 16.
