No Explosive Device Found During Inspection at Zvartnots Airport

Nothing dangerous was found during the inspection conducted at Zvartnots Airport. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

It is recalled that on December 18, at 15:15, the National Crisis Management Center received information that an explosive device was planted at the Zvartnots Airport territory.

Two firefighting and rescue units from the Fire and Rescue Department of Yerevan City, an on-duty group from the Department of Fire Suppression and Rescue Operations, a firefighting-rescue and engineering unit from the collective center of the Civil Defense Forces, a canine unit from the center for conducting special rescue operations, and an operative group from the National Crisis Management Center were dispatched to the scene, along with a psychologist from the Psychological Support Department.
