What Merit Led to the Awarding of Arghishti Kyaramyan by the Head of the Artsakh Investigative Committee?

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the Head of the Artsakh Investigative Committee awarded Arghishti Kyaramyan, the Head of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, with the "For Merit" medal yesterday. In the summer, Araik Harutyunyan had also awarded the Deputy Head of the Investigative Committee, Kyaramyan, with the "For Courage" medal.

However, the section on the significance of medals and awards states that the "For Merit" medal is awarded to those who have served at least 10 years in the positions of prosecutor, judge, investigator, or inspector at the RA Investigative Committee and have been awarded state and/or departmental awards for professional achievements, as well as significantly contributing to the implementation of the activities of the RA Investigative Committee by performing their official duties excellently. Notably, Kyaramyan, who is 30 years old, began his professional career in the years 2013-2014.
