What Document Should Be Submitted If You Are Vaccinated Abroad? RA Ministry of Health Clarification
Informed for Armenian citizens vaccinated against COVID-19 abroad, the Ministry of Health presents the procedure regarding what to do when a citizen has been vaccinated outside the country.
Thus, to register and be accounted for in the electronic healthcare ARM-ED system, it is necessary to apply to local polyclinics or emergency medical assistance centers in rural areas, presenting identification and documents confirming the vaccination.
