40-Year-Old Woman Steals Large Sum of Money Meant for Fallen Soldier

The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs has reported that on December 13, a resident of the Martuni region, identified as S. H. (born in 1974 and also registered at the psychiatric dispensary of the Ministry of Health), approached the Artsakh police to report the theft of 7,550,000 AMD, a monetary assistance meant for her deceased son. This sum was supposedly received from the ‘Artsakhbank’ branch located at 15 Isaac Street, with the help of an individual named R. H.

Following measures taken by the police, it was revealed that the crime was committed by 40-year-old R. H., a resident of Martuni city. The investigation is being handled by the police department of Stepanakert.
