Putin Explains Why He Does Not Use the Internet

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that he does not have time for the internet and therefore never uses it. He made this announcement at a meeting of the Union of Russian Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, according to Газета.

“I don’t have time to go there,” he said.

Earlier, Putin had mentioned that bullying is a behavior influenced by social networks. He noted that parliaments in Western countries are discussing the negative effects of social networks on shaping the consciousness of youth. Putin emphasized that Russia should also address this issue.
