Manvel Paramazyan Released on Bail

The Syunik Regional Court has decided to release Kapan's mayor Manvel Paramazyan on bail today, December 17. This was reported by News.am.

It is worth noting that on July 9, Manvel Paramazyan was charged under parts 3 of Article 38-178, part 4 of Article 311, and part 2 of Article 154.2 of the RA Criminal Code. Paramazyan does not accept the charges and believes that this is part of a politically motivated campaign against him.
