I Haven't Signed and Won't Sign.. Tehmine Vardanyan Does Not Express No Confidence in Marnutyun

Tehmine Vardanyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the 'Light' faction, wrote on her Facebook page: 'Dear journalists, dear fellow citizens, I am sure that the last three years of city developments are no secret to anyone, particularly my relationship with Hayk Marnutyun as the mayor and a member of the opposition council. I want to assure you that nothing has changed up to this point. I also want to inform you that I do not intend to become a pawn of the ruling party. Nevertheless, I have not signed and will not sign the document organized for expressing no confidence in Hayk Marnutyun. I will discuss the rest in more detail in the coming days.'
