BHK Also Expresses Lack of Confidence in Mayor Marutyan

The members of the BHK faction in the Yerevan City Council have joined the initiative of the My Step faction to express a lack of confidence in Mayor Hayk Marutyan. This information has been confirmed to NEWS.am by BHK council member Mikayel Manaryan.

“For several years, the issue of expressing lack of confidence in Yerevan mayor Hayk Marutyan has been on our agenda. The My Step faction has proposed an agenda that coincides with ours,” said Manaryan.

When asked whether the BHK would nominate a candidate, Manaryan replied, “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. They are the majority, and naturally, even if we nominate someone, their candidate will win regardless.”

He also noted that they would participate in the voting and would vote in favor of expressing a lack of confidence in Marutyan.
