Are They Preparing to Dismiss Haik Marutyan? City Council Members Comment

Information has recently surfaced on the internet that members of the Yerevan City Council are preparing to dismiss Mayor Haik Marutyan.

In a conversation with Auroranews, Ani Khachatryan, a member of the 'Luminous' faction of the City Council, stated that she has no information about such a development; however, they would join the movement if it became clear that Haik Marutyan had met with Robert Kocharyan.

Arman Antonian, a member of the 'My Step' faction in the City Council, also mentioned in our conversation that he learned about this information from media reports.

Haik Hakobyan, a former member of the 'My Step' faction, told Auroranews that if his former colleagues reach such a decision, it would be absurd. According to him, Haik Marutyan is the kind of mayor who is doing something for Yerevan.
