Samsonyan Had Been Summoned, Preparing to Go, But Was Arrested Displayedly by Dozens of Police: Melikyan

The president of the Civil Consciousness NGO, Narek Samsonyan, was summoned by the investigator via a phone call to appear at the Nor Nork investigation department at 12:00.

Co-founder of the Legal Path NGO, Ruben Melikyan, wrote:

1. Someone has filed a report against Samsonyan concerning a crime classified as "serious insult" with an illegal composition.
2. The investigator called yesterday and arranged a time for Samsonyan to appear for questioning.
3. After the call, Samsonyan publicly announced this on his Facebook page (therefore, the probability of evasion is zero).
4. Today around 11:25 AM, Samsonyan leaves his home to head to the investigation.
5. He is disgracefully and displayingly apprehended by several dozen police officers supposedly to present him to the investigator he was already on his way to meet.

This is the whole story. We are still at the police station. A search is being conducted (it is unclear what they are looking for) to hand over to the investigator. It should be noted that Narek Samsonyan has just been arrested.
